1. How long does delivery take?

Karachi: 24 – 48 hours • All over Pakistan: 4 – 5 working days Delivery times may vary slightly during seasonal rush or holidays.


2. What are your shipping charges?

Karachi: Rs. 200 • Rest of Pakistan: Rs. 250 • FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,450.


3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.


4. How do I request an exchange?

5. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.


6. How can I track my order?

Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan.


8. What if I receive a wrong or defective item?

In the rare case of receiving a faulty or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After processing begins, cancellation is not possible.
