At SFAY’s Imperial, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

✔ Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Exchange is valid only for size or product replacement.

*We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.*

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or discount
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products without original packaging or tags

📦 How to Request an Exchange

  3. Our team will verify eligibility and guide you through the next steps.

🚚 Exchange Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us.
  • Return courier charges are non-refundable.
  • If the exchange is due to a mistake from our side (wrong item / defect), we will cover all courier charges.

⏳ Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, please allow 2 – 4 working days for inspection and exchange processing.
