3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us via WhatsApp or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are mentioned clearly on our Shipping Policy page:

  • Karachi: 24–48 hours
  • Rest of Pakistan: 4–5 working days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges only within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Full details are available on our Return & Exchange Policy page.

7. Accuracy of Information

We try our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and measurements are accurate. However, minor variations in color or size may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manual measurement differences.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product images, graphics, and content on this website belong to SFAY’s Imperial. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
